Dr. Joanna Barnett – Dedicated to Exceptional Eye Care
A graduate of Pacific College of Optometry, she has spent nearly 25 years delivering expert, patient-focused eye care. For over 25 years Dr. Barnett has owned and operated her private practice – Dr. Joanna Barnett & Associates, Inc / EyeDocDulles located at the Dulles Town Center Mall in Northern Virginia, Dr. Barnett is committed to comprehensive, medical-based vision care—believing that no exam should ever be considered routine.
Her expertise spans pediatric and adult vision evaluations, glaucoma, diabetes-related eye conditions, dry eye syndrome, and more.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Barnett serves as an adjunct professor at the New England College of Optometry and has been recognized as an honored member of the nationwide registries of Top Doctors in America.
Beyond her practice, she partners with local nonprofits, providing essential eye care to underserved communities through the Gift-A-Sight program.
Dr. Neeraj Jalota, OD
Was born in Toronto, Canada and is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.
Dr. Jalota has over 15 years of experience practicing optometry with special interests in managing ocular disease such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, red eyes, etc. She has also served as a former board member of Northern Virginia Optometric Association and regularly provides eye care services to community members in need through the Gift of Sight program.
Dr. Jalota resides in Aldie, VA with her husband and two children and enjoys family time, traveling and interior design.
Dr. Khanh Chang, OD
Has over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Optometrist, with a love for primary eye care and contact lens. She manages and treats patients with dry eyes, macular degeneration and glaucoma. She received her Doctor of Optometry form NOVA Southeastern University in South Florida. During her free time she enjoys baking, gardening, volunteer work and spending time with her family and dogs.
